The apartment displayed charming Sicilian characteristics, although signs of age were evident. Nevertheless, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about the hospitality provided by Cinzia, the host. Despite language barriers, we communicated effectively thanks to modern tools, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Notable amenities included a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware and tea-making facilities, catering to those looking to enjoy home-cooked meals. The air conditioning offered comfort during warmer days, while free Wi-Fi kept me connected throughout my visit. While Casa Manzoni may not flaunt opulence, its value lies in a balance of comfort, cleanliness, and a hospitable atmosphere. For travelers seeking an affordable yet well-equipped option in Catania, I recommend considering this apartment.
